Then there are two screws that are accessible once the lens are removed. The lens snap open, I have the second to last photos to show how they snap in.

These lights are tricky to remove. The light lens have the normal tiny cracks from being opened, which are on the sides and not visible when installed.

This came off of a very clean 2010 SLK300 with 44k miles. It may not work on other years. Made the process confusing and buyers inadvertently open dispute cases without knowing it. Mb part number this is in great shape with no issues.

This includes a used Mercedes oem SLK300 dome light with black. I also have Slk230 r170 parts and sl500 r230 parts.

Note these have different part numbers. Feel free to ask questions. For my and get updates for the latest Mercedes r230 and r170 parts that are being listed.

It was tested and was operational when removed. I more r171 parts from a 2010 SLK300.

After that there is a steel spring that is tight see last side view photo.
